As a result, people without cats have limited access to out-of-town stores and it may result in an increase in the use of cars. Do you think the disadvantages outweigh its advantages?

　　Task 1：饼图

　　The charts below show the percentage of forest area and the percentage of timbers produced in six regions in 2010.

　　本题为双主题静态饼图，但值得注意的是timber意为木材，与forest cover呈现正相关关系。考生们在写overview的时候可以给出陈述。题目时间发生在2010年，时态应使用一般过去时，针对检查动词形式，以**准确。

　　静态图常用表达：

　　1. The most … gap could be seen in …

　　2. … rank the top/rank first/top the list

　　3. …, followed by …

　　4. …. Next came b, which was slightly higher than c

　　5. Compared with the percentage of forest area, that of timbers showed a slightly different picture, where ….

　　Task 2 ：社会类话题

　　本题涉及乍一看是新题，但是只要能够调动起平时课上讲到的城市发展和交通相关的素材，难度并不是太大。

　　本题为利弊分析类题目，考生们在写作时可以有自己的倾向性(利大于弊、弊大于利)皆可，此处给出一些可能的思路形式。

　　题目思路：

　　利：人们去郊区的大超市买东西，好处是购物的品种往往更加丰富(have access to commodities in greater range/varieties),在同一家超市就能够买齐所有需要的产品(one-stop shopping service, get all they want in a shop)，而且价格比较便宜(comparatively inexpensive)。因为*的货物量比较大(large quantities of goods)，具有规模经济的效应，而且郊区的土地资源便宜(cheaper but more abundant land resources)，超市租金较低(low rent)，所以*给消费者的商品的价格也比较低(enjoy lower prices)。

　　弊：市中心的小商店关门(be closed down),会影响到这些店主的生计(adversely affect the way store owners earn the bread)例如住房，本身的再教育或者子女的教育等(make it tough to afford the rent or education fees of themselves or their younger generations)。对于那些没有车的人来说，去郊区购物也很难，需要提很重的东西坐公交和地铁从超市回家(carry heavy stuff travelling from supermarket to home by bus or subway)即使是有车的人，偶尔家里临时需要买一支牙膏(toothpaste)或者一瓶番茄酱(ketchup)，为了这个开车出城不太方便(inconvenient)也不太合时宜(economical).此外，如果大家都开车去郊区购物，汽车拥有量car ownership势必会进一步增加，类似于堵车traffic congestions，汽车尾气的排放(more exhaust fumes emitted to the atmosphere)乃至于大气污染air contamination的问题都将成为现代都市人的困扰。
